Client Responsibility

Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
By purchasing a program, you agree that once access has been granted, scheduled, or any portion of the program has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Program Delivery
Programs are delivered digitally and/or through scheduled coaching or consultation sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and respond to communication in a timely manner.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing any program, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting CCA Consulting Services LLC to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in termination of access and further action to recover funds.
Limitation of Liability
CCA Consulting Services LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our programs.
